Making coffee by hand seems simple, but in fact it is full of challenges. Simple factors like water temperature and grind size can significantly affect the flavor of your coffee, making it a skill that requires skill and experience. • Each lesson is 1 hour long, with a total of 2 lessons. Small class teaching (2 participants per class).
• Each student is guaranteed to use their own hand tools and have sufficient practice time.
• Classes use specialty coffee beans from various production areas.
