A new filter holder hook design delivers ground coffee directly into the filter, minimizing waste. Mythos' patented technology meets the demands of modern coffee professionals: maximum consistency, zero waste, and easy maintenance.

Cleaning and maintenance operations are now simpler and easier. We reduced the number of screws going into the heart of the machine and increased direct visibility to the Mythos' key functional components.

Lowest temperature tolerance ever achieved.
Different coffees require different grind temperatures. With the Mythos Clima Pro, baristas can set the grind temperature between 30 and 60°C to extract the best qualities of each coffee. For us, better control leads to better results.

What matters most is when you never accept limitations.
The gravity version features upgraded programming and a built-in scale. These features create a faster workflow for grinding and weighing coffee.

Customized particle size determination.
The simple and precise measurement of the distance between each burr allows baristas to more accurately manage each brew and better understand grind setting variables.

Double the coolness
We were the first to install two fans instead of just one, and the first to have them both mounted on the back. This provides ideal airflow inside the grind chamber.
