Since the announcement of the "Tasse Coffee Overseas Coffee Shop Internship Program" earlier, we have received many inquiries from trainees, and some trainees are preparing to go to the Japanese branches. @tasse.coffee.roastery practice! ️The response has been overwhelming, and we are now announcing that the second internship program in Toronto, Canada is now open for applications! 🌍☕️
As long as you are a student who has completed a designated international certificate course at Tasse Coffee Lab starting in 2024, you will have the opportunity to experience the work of a barista in our Tasse Coffee Roastery in Japan and Haven Brews in Canada!
[Eligibility]
(i) Completed any one of the following courses:
- City & Guilds
- TQUK Level 1
- Latte Art Grading System White Grade
- Italian Barista Certificate in any Basic
- SCA Any Subject Foundation
and
(ii) Completed any one of the following courses:
- TQUK Level 2
- Latte Art Grading System Orange
- Italian Barista Certificate Advanced in any subject
- SCA Intermediate in any subject
Or you can get a place directly after completing the CQI Q-grader course✨

This boutique coffee shop is located in Toronto, Canada. The owners, Andrew Cheng and Chris, are both from Hong Kong. They immigrated to the local area and continue to promote coffee culture. At the same time, I empathize with the confusion and bewilderment of new immigrants facing unfamiliar people and things, and hope that the coffee shop can become a place where anyone can find comfort and heal themselves. Through the professional barista training programme, we provide trainees with coffee skills training, enable them to obtain professional qualifications, and encourage young people to develop a healthy body, mind and spirit.
