【Overseas Coffee Shop Internship Program】

Learning coffee is no longer just sitting and taking classes! We can finally announce to everyone that the "Tasse Coffee Overseas Coffee Shop Internship Program" has been officially launched. The first stop will be in Tokyo, Japan and will be open for applications from January 2024. The second stop will be in Canada and will be open for applications from April 2024. 🌍☕️

As long as you are a student who has completed a designated international certificate course at Tasse Coffee Lab starting in 2024, you will have the opportunity to experience the work of a barista in our Tasse Coffee Roastery in Japan and Canadian coffee shops!

[Eligibility]
(i) Completed any one of the following courses:
- City & Guilds
- TQUK Level 1
- Latte Art Grading System white level
- Italian Barista Certificate in any Basic
- SCA Any Subject Foundation

and

(ii) Completed any one of the following courses:
- TQUK Level 2
- Latte Art Grading System Orange Level
- Italian Barista Certificate Advanced in any subject
- Intermediate in any SCA subject

Phase 1 - [Japan Tasse Coffee Roastery Internship Program]

Tasse Coffee Lab is located in Takadanobaba, Shinjuku, Tokyo. It combines elements of a roasting room and a boutique coffee shop. It upholds a concept: "connecting the dots of your life" - connecting the dots in life and connecting everyone's life through these magical coffee beans, aiming to provide customers with a high-quality coffee experience.Latte Art, baking and other jobs, and experience the work anecdotes in Japanese coffee shops. You will find that the Japanese and tourists from all over the world have different taste attitudes towards coffee.

【Overseas Coffee Shop Internship Program】


Learning about coffee isn’t just about sitting in a classroom! After much preparation, we’re finally excited to announce the official launch of the “Tasse Coffee Overseas Coffee Shop Internship Program.” The first stop will be Tokyo, Japan, with applications opening in January 2024, followed by the second stop in Canada, accepting applications from April 2024 🌍☕️


Students who complete any of Tasse’s designated international certification courses starting in 2024 will have the opportunity to gain hands-on barista experience at our Tasse Coffee Roastery in Japan and partner coffee shops in Canada!

Tasse Coffee Lab’s branch in Takadanobaba, Shinjuku, Tokyo, combines a roasting facility and specialty coffee shop, guided by the idea: “connecting the dots of your life” — linking the little moments in life and connecting people through these magical coffee beans, aiming to provide customers with a high-quality coffee experience. Interns will gain hands-on experience in Japanese coffee shop operations, including brewing pour-over and espresso, latte art, and roasting. You’ll discover the unique attitudes toward coffee among Japanese locals and international travelers.
