2023年九月至十二月回顧 - 專業認可與成就 🌟🎉
這一年的最後幾個月,一起見證我們的成長和里程碑時刻。
⏪ 九月
忙碌的九月由與中國建設銀行(亞洲)的連串team building活動開始,我們獲邀籌劃分別各兩場手沖咖啡、咖啡拉花workshop和一次咖啡到會活動,提供咖啡及非咖啡類drink menu,全方位照顧到各同事喜好,打破了Tasse史上與同一間企業員工的見面次數!
另外,我們更首次推出了婚宴到會服務,特意打造的白色咖啡車配上精心挑選的優質咖啡豆,除了獲得新人讚賞外,還有全場賓客組成長長人龍等待一杯杯配合創意拉花的咖啡☕️

⏪ 十月
成立三週年,這絕對是一個極為重要的里程碑。這三年間我們由一個小小辦公室發展成擁有三個課室的社企,重遇舊生、恭賀畢業,彷彿感受到小時候老師們在結業禮上對我們的期許與祝福。
十月還是我們日本分店Tasse Coffee Roastery開業的重要日子🎊🇯🇵Tasse另一位創辦人Wing現長駐日本主理這間結合cafe和炒豆房的新店,未來我們將進一步發展海外合作,除了豐富我們教學上的咖啡豆選擇外,也會陸續推出更多像海外實習咖啡師的計劃!
與世界接軌,有幸與2023WBC冠軍巴西籍韓裔咖啡師Boram Um聯同其夢幻團隊及教練Marcia Yoko(日本) 、Cole Torode及David Crosby(加拿大 Rosso Coffee Roasters)會面及進行杯測,了解成為冠軍咖啡師的關鍵之路,該訪談令我未來在咖啡路上獲益良多。

⏪ 十一月
作為一間咖啡教育學院,我們一直堅守教學專業,除了師資培訓外更不斷提升合規格的設備。終於經過一連串嚴格審查後,我們榮獲認可升級為全港唯一一間SCA Premier Training Campus,代表着不論是教學環境或器材水準,都屬於專業級的規範!這份認證對我們來說無疑是一個莫大的肯定,也極具意義。它確定了我們在本地咖啡教育領域的專業地位,不僅展示了我們在教學品質上的卓越,也為學員提供了一個可信的高水平的學習環境,在最完善的設施下學習和實踐咖啡技能。

⏪ 十二月
隨着升格為SCA Premier Training Campus,我們亦迎來第六張國際證書開辦許可的喜訊——CQI Q-Grader課程。我們成功邀請咖啡界享非凡聲譽的導師Paul Kim加盟,合作開辦這個連咖啡世界冠軍亦自詡的殿堂級課程。
意大利Latte Art Grading System也在年終為我們送上最好的聖誕禮物——我們奪得2023 Best LAGS Certification Point 全球第二位、、亞洲區第一位🏆這表示Tasse Coffee Lab的年度學員人數和合格紀錄不但是全港冠軍,更打破主辦LAGS所在的意大利今年的紀錄!


這些認證是對我們團隊努力的肯定,也是對我們學生的承諾。我們將繼續致力於提供優質的教學和學習體驗,在保持自我進步外,也會不斷推動咖啡教育的發展。
這一年來,我們通過與不同院校機構和企業的合作,肩負起社會責任,豐富咖啡文化的內涵。同時,我們也在不斷成長和進步,感謝所有支持我們的學員和合作夥伴。2024年,我們對未知的挑戰充滿信心,繼續在社區深耕細作,推動咖啡文化的發展,我們期待着未來與大家攜手共創更加繁榮的咖啡教育領域!
September-December 2023 Recap – Professional Recognition and Achievements 🌟🎉

⏪ September
A busy September kicked off with a series of team-building activities for China Construction Bank (Asia). We were invited to organize two pour-over coffee workshops, two latte art workshops, and one coffee catering event, offering both coffee and non-coffee drink menus to cater to all colleagues’ preferences. This set a new record for Tasse in terms of interactions with employees from the same enterprise!
Additionally, we launched our wedding coffee catering service for the first time. The specially designed white coffee cart, paired with carefully selected high-quality beans, not only won praise from the newlyweds but also drew a long queue of guests waiting for cups of creatively latte-arted coffee ☕️
⏪ October
Our 3rd anniversary marked an extremely important milestone. Over three years, we grew from a small office to a social enterprise with three classrooms. Reconnecting with former students and celebrating graduations evoked the same sense of hope and blessing we felt from teachers at our own school ceremonies as children.
October also saw the grand opening of our Japanese branch, Tasse Coffee Roastery 🎊🇯🇵 Wing, Tasse’s co-founder, now resides in Japan to manage this new space that combines a café and roastery. Looking ahead, we will further develop overseas collaborations – expanding our selection of teaching beans and launching more programs like the overseas barista internship!
Connecting with the world, we had the honor of meeting 2023 WBC (World Barista Championship) champion Boram Um (a Brazilian-Korean barista) along with her dream team and coaches: Marcia Yoko (Japan), Cole Torode, and David Crosby (Canada’s Rosso Coffee Roasters). We conducted a cupping session and discussed the key path to becoming a champion barista. This interview provided invaluable insights for our future coffee journey.
⏪ November
As a coffee education institute, we have always upheld teaching professionalism – investing in instructor training and continuously upgrading our facilities to meet standards. After a series of rigorous reviews, we were accredited as Hong Kong’s only SCA Premier Training Campus, a recognition that our teaching environment and equipment meet professional-grade specifications! This certification is an immense and meaningful affirmation. It solidifies our professional status in local coffee education, showcases our excellence in teaching quality, and provides students with a credible, high-level learning environment to master coffee skills using top-tier facilities.
⏪ December
Following our upgrade to SCA Premier Training Campus, we received another exciting announcement: approval to launch our sixth international certification course – the CQI Q-Grader program. We successfully invited the renowned coffee industry expert Paul Kim to join us in delivering this prestigious course, which even world champion baristas regard as a pinnacle of achievement.
The Italian Latte Art Grading System (LAGS) gave us the perfect Christmas gift: we were awarded 2023 Best LAGS Certification Point – ranking 2nd globally and 1st in Asia 🏆 This recognition reflects that Tasse Coffee Lab’s annual student enrollment and pass rates not only topped Hong Kong but also surpassed Italy’s own records for the year!
Throughout the year, through collaborations with various institutions and enterprises, we fulfilled our social responsibilities while enriching coffee culture. As we continue to grow and progress, we thank all supporting students and partners. In 2024, we face new challenges with confidence, committed to deepening community engagement, advancing coffee culture, and working hand in hand to create a thriving coffee education landscape!
