The Italian Barista Certificate (formerly known as the Italian Barista Method) is a globally certified professional coffee training course. The course focuses on the real needs of a barista or roaster and teaches all learning topics based on actual training protocols.
IBC is divided into four major areas (Latte Art, Barista, Roast and Cup and Brew the World, each fieldThere are two levels: Basic and Advanced. After completing all areas of each level, you can obtain the Junior Coffee Specialist and Coffee Specialist Diploma certification respectively.
Tasse Coffee is the only IBM officially recognized teaching and testing venue in Hong Kong.
