- Two-day intensive courses and five weekend courses are offered with the same content, adjusted according to the number of participants.
- Private lessons can be completed in a day and a half and are flexible, providing more hands-on time.
- Courses are taught in Cantonese; please contact us for other language options.
- The exam consists of a written and practical test; you can specify your language preference (Chinese or English) before the course begins.
- Successful candidates will receive a UK-issued certificate, which will be posted to the college within eight to ten weeks after the exam, and will be notified of collection methods.
- Candidates who take the exam in Chinese will receive 7102-62 International Barista Skills Certificate (Chinese).
- Candidates who take the exam in English will receive the 7102-52 International Barista Skills Certificate.

- Basic coffee knowledge, including identifying coffee beans from different origins and selecting quality coffee.
- Coffee preparation processes and various brewing methods, including brewing standards for espresso, filter coffee, and techniques for making cappuccinos and lattes, as well as iced coffee.
- Learn how to prepare other specialty drinks: hot chocolate, English tea and smoothies.
- Food handling, storage methods and safety practices.
