The Italian Barista Certificate (formerly known as the Italian Barista Method) is a globally certified professional coffee training course. The course focuses on the real needs of a barista or roaster and teaches all learning topics based on actual training protocols.
The IBC is divided into four main areas (Latte Art, Barista, Roast and Cup, and...). Brew the World), every fieldIt is divided into two levels: Basic and Advanced. Completing all areas at each level will earn you a Junior Coffee Specialist or Coffee Specialist Diploma certification, respectively.
Tasse Coffee is the only IBC-approved teaching and examination venue in Hong Kong.
