🌡️ Climate change accelerates coffee ripening: a unique opportunity for earlier harvest
This year's unusually hot weather allowed Hong Kong's coffee berries to ripen earlier than expected, giving us a rare opportunity to pick and learn. In order to allow coffee lovers to enjoy the best picking experience, we decided to hold coffee fruit harvesting and processing workshops in advance to explore how climate change affects the cultivation and flavor of coffee.
