Coffee Cup Test and Hand Rush Experience Class

Cupmetry (cupping) provides an assessment and analysis of coffee flavor, while hand brewed coffee actually applies this knowledge when brewing. They complement each other, allowing us to better understand and appreciate the flavor characteristics of coffee when tasting.
