The senses are an important foundation of coffee, so the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) of the International Coffee Quality Association established Q-Grader to establish international appraisal standards for specialty coffee and train relevant professionals, and to provide training and technical support to coffee producers and individuals or groups in the industrial chain, so as to promote the sustainable development of coffee, promote the infrastructure construction of coffee producing countries and improve the quality of coffee. Q Grader is different from the general certificate course. It uses the most rigorous sensory testing system to taste and detect the value and flavor of coffee,

More emphasis on coffee cup testing, raw and cooked beans testing, coffee roasting testing and sensory evaluation, etc., so attach great importance to the professional training of students, is the golden key to enter the highest hall in the coffee field!

Q-Grader is an internationally recognized coffee tasting standard. No matter coffee farmers, traders, coffee education and training institutions, baristas, etc., will use this standard to evaluate coffee quality.
