Enrollment is open for the CQI Q Grader course held by Tasse Coffee Lab

 

Course content includes:

  1. Understand the origin, variety and processing technology of coffee beans to lay a solid foundation for subsequent sensory training.

  2. Through systematic smell and taste training, participants’ ability to accurately identify coffee flavors is developed.

  3. Arrange multiple coffee tasting practices to allow students to apply theoretical knowledge to actual tastings.

  4. Explain the correct coffee brewing method to ensure the best flavor in every cup of coffee.

The course content includes:

3. Organizing multiple coffee cupping sessions to apply theoretical knowledge in practical tasting scenarios.
