東華三院位於新蒲崗的青少年全人成長中心「東蒲」日前（20日）舉行開幕典禮，作為東華在青少年發展上的旗艦項目，東華三院余墨緣綜合服務中心事先邀請Tasse教導青年人手沖咖啡，其後在開幕當日導師現場協助青年人義工沖煮手沖咖啡給來賓，也出動了另一位導師負責拉花到會服務！

感謝合作夥伴讓青年人有機會將所學實踐，相信他們在課室外端上親自沖煮的咖啡，必定獲得滿滿的成功感！

當日民政及青年事務局局長麥美娟亦有應邀擔任主禮嘉賓，期望「東蒲」未來不但成為新蒲崗青年的全新聚集地，更為香港帶來更多創意消閒的活動！

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals' "Tung Po" – a comprehensive youth development center located in San Po Kong – held its opening ceremony on the 20th. As Tung Wah's flagship project for youth development, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Yu Mok Yuen Integrated Service Centre had previously invited Tasse to teach young people pour-over coffee skills. On the opening day, instructors assisted young volunteers in brewing pour-over coffee for guests on-site, while another instructor was deployed to provide latte art catering services!

We are grateful to our partners for giving young people the opportunity to put their learning into practice.

We believe that serving coffee they brewed themselves outside the classroom must have filled them with a strong sense of achievement! Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, Ms. Mak Mei-kuen, was also invited as the officiating guest. It is hoped that "Tung Po" will not only become a new gathering place for young people in San Po Kong but also bring more creative leisure activities to Hong Kong!
