📖 Hatch, a Canadian specialty coffee bean brand, is a local niche brand that has gradually become a favorite among coffee lovers there, thanks to its excellent reputation. Head roaster Boris Lee is a Hong Kong native. He moved to Toronto in 2013 and joined Hatch the following year. He started drinking coffee at 14, and his passion for it was ignited when his partner gifted him professional brewing equipment. With extremely high standards for coffee bean production, he leverages years of knowledge from coffee courses and on-the-job experience to make Hatch’s beans widely acclaimed.
