啡農 + O Farm x Tasse Coffee 咖啡導賞團

在喝下每杯咖啡前,你有否想過咖啡的生產線是如何運作?

趁着一月底採收期尾聲,我們特別與啡農 @seedtocuphk 合作,在粉嶺O Farm成為一日限定咖啡農夫,親自採摘新鮮咖啡櫻桃,一邊沖煮香港咖啡豆,一邊聽 Mike 分享本地種植咖啡樹的小知識。

最後將大家採收回來的櫻桃用收割器篩出生豆,經水洗法處理及發酵後,讓我們一起期待多月後的咖啡豆成品!

前一晚還下微微細雨,但我們在農場的一整天天公作美,帶給我們首次難忘體驗🥰

Have you ever wondered how the coffee production line works before drinking each tasse of coffee?

Taking advantage of the end of the harvest season at the end of January, we collaborated with SeedtoCup and became one-day limited coffee farmers at O Farm in Fanling.

We personally picked fresh coffee cherries while brewing Hong Kong coffee beans and listened to Mike sharing some local knowledge about growing coffee trees.

Finally, we used a harvester to separate the cherries collected by everyone and processed them through the wet method and fermentation.

Let‘s look forward to the finished coffee beans months later! There was a light rain the night before, but we had a beautiful day on the farm, giving us an unforgettable experience for the first time. 🥰
