Local Coffee Bean Identification: Collaboration with Hong Kong Coffee Farmers
As a company dedicated to providing high-quality coffee experiences, Tasse Coffee not only focuses on the quality of coffee itself but also actively assumes corporate social responsibility. To further promote sustainable development, Tasse Coffee has specially organized a series of local coffee bean identification and sustainable development workshops, allowing everyone to gain a deeper understanding of coffee’s origins and production processes.
Although Hong Kong’s climate is not ideal for coffee cultivation, there are still a few persistent local growers who attempt to cultivate coffee trees here. Tasse Coffee has invited these Hong Kong coffee farmers to share their cultivation journeys and the unique characteristics of their coffee beans. Through professional coffee tasting, participants can personally experience the distinctive flavors of Hong Kong-grown coffee beans.
