Italian Barista Method (IBM) Italy Barista Certification Course is a Barista course based on actual combat. It teaches the most traditional Italian coffee brewing recipes and the taste of the most original espresso for all the daily work needs of baristas.
IBM is divided into elementary Junior Barista and advanced Master Barista two levels of barista courses,Students must first pass the Junior exam and then enroll in the Master course.
Tasse Coffee is the only IBM official accredited teaching and examination venue in Hong Kong, guaranteedSmall classes of 4 to 6 people, and private classes are also available.
