We work with local coffee farmers to analyze and evaluate the quality of local coffee beans produced in Hong Kong during the workshop, focusing on moisture content, density testing and coffee bean grading. In addition, we will explore the sustainable development elements of coffee cultivation and use experimental data to evaluate the quality of green beans from different origins. The course content covers everything from coffee cultivation to post-harvest processing, allowing participants to fully understand the quality and sustainable development potential of local green coffee beans in Hong Kong.
