The coffee beans used in the class are all personally selected by paul Kim, an outstanding tutor (distinguished instructor) with Q Arabica / Robusta Grader qualification, and then sent directly from the South Korea. The coffee beans used in the Q Grader examination and the scoring criteria are used to practice to improve the cup test skills.
